The firm was founded in 2019 by Nick Molina - an entrepreneurial, results-driven CEO with hands-on experience and proven success in real estate investments, real estate developments, start-ups, scaling businesses, public companies, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and fundraising.
Nick is an entrepreneur on a mission to make a positive difference in the way people live, work and experience their daily lives.
After graduating from the University of Miami and at the young age of 21, Nick set out to help put wireless phones in the hands of every consumer by co-founding Let's Talk Cellular & Wireless, Inc.("LTCW"), which became the nation's largest specialty retailer of wireless products and services with 289 stores in 23 states and Puerto Rico. In 1997, LTCW completed a successful IPO with Merrill Lynch and Salomon/Smith Barney. The company was subsequently sold in 2000 to Nextel/Sprint Communications.
Afterwards, Nick went on to start, scale and sell many consumer service businesses such as Auto Finance of America & Carlender.com which provided automotive financing and sold in July of 2000. RapidSatellite.com which became the largest online marketer of consumer satellite products and services including Directv, Dish Network, HughesNet and Sirius Satellite Radio. The company was successfully sold in 2006 to Circuit City Stores, Inc.
In 2010 Nick founded IVG, a global manufacturer, distributor and retailer of smoking cessation products. The company grew into the leading online and brick and mortar provider of these products and was sold in 2018 to Turning Point Brands.
Now Nick leads Endangered Investments, LLC with the goal of helping shape communities and the way people live.
Throughout the years Nick has been a recipient of various prestigious business awards such as the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Company Award for four consecutive years and The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Cutting Edge award among others.
With over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jennifer is a multifaceted real estate professional with vast experience in South Florida luxury real estate and launching sales + marketing of new pre-construction residential developments.
Since her start, Jennifer has been successfully involved in sales + marketing of over 20 high-profile residential and mixed-use developments between Miami, Broward, Orlando, and Nassau totaling over $3B in transactions to date.
Jennifer’s expertise lies within sales center marketing strategies, sales center operations, client + agent relations, sales pre-launch initiatives, market analysis, pricing methods as well as process management.
As a previous Director of Development Operations at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Jennifer’s experience makes her uniquely positioned to unveil new properties to market.
